In 1999 to 2000 assigned in Yanpet expansion project for punch listing, commissioning and start up, attend and testified all mechanical rotating equipments run test and vibration monitoring and assist equipments vendors, major and minor repair of decanter centrifuge, replacement of mixer screw of kobelco extruder, minor and major repair of melt pump. JOB DESCRIPTION

Engaged in all mechanical activities such as major and minor overhauling and repair on all rotating equipments, perform alignment on rotating equipment having high vibration using laser alignment (fixture laser), perform mechanical replacement, also perform preventive maintenance check and repair as per maintenance schedule list prepare by maintenance planning department. Also perform preventive maintenance routine check on all online rotating equipments observing abnormal sound and vibration. In the year 2008 I was assigned in new project the HDPE plant for punch listing, commissioning and start up. I am responsible for checking of all rotating equipments alignments such as compressors, pumps, blowers and etc. checking maintenance access on all equipments and works with different equipment vendors.
