SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS…
Implemented new Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) prior to October 1, 2019 (mandatory start date) to maximize facility reimbursement- within two months of implementation along with new MDS staff member maximized was successful in the reimbursement level for Desert Highlands Care Center in Kingman, AZ. In fact, was the only facility out of 30+ facilities to achieve the highest gross reimbursement of any of our facilities according to the CEO of our corporation.
