Implemented new Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) prior to October 1, 2019 (mandatory start date) to maximize facility reimbursement- within two months of implementation along with new MDS staff member maximized was successful in the reimbursement level for Desert Highlands Care Center in Kingman, AZ.
