DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
Designing and delivering Client specific presentations.
Preparing of Monthly training calendars and conducting training programs for housekeeping staffs as per the training schedule.
Evaluating the staffs after the training session and update the ratings in the Skill Matrix system.
Induction training will be conducted for all new joiners (both theory & practical for 2-3 days)
Attending morning briefing session with the operational team on a daily basis and discussing about the previous day issues.
Attending and coordinating with the clients for closing various complaints on the sites.
Preparing daily training reports and submitting to the operational managers and as well as the clients
Coordinating with area supervisor and make surprise visit on the site to check and ensure the staffs are maintaining the quality and following the work as per the SOP
Preparing list for all building daily MEP complaints and tenants complains
Ensuring all administrative records is completed accurately. Ensure professionalism & high quality is continually maintained. Prepare relevant reports and documents for senior managers
Identifying areas of the business where improvements can be made. Developing policies to create and maximize performance
