DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre Contract

Reported to – Contracts Manager,

• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, specs & schedules.

• Taking quantities from received drawings and preparing BOQ or if BOQ provided confirming BOQ quantities with drawings and identifying the extra works if any.

• Send inquiries to subcontractors & suppliers and follow-up for quotations.

• Compared prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers and prepared the analyses report for management approval.

• Preparing the Commercial and Technical documents for the Tender Submission. Post Contract

Reported to – Technical Manager,

• Prepare monthly interim payment applications with full detail backup such as detail measurement, RFI, Drawings and BBS

• Compare Contract BOQ, tender drawings and IFC drawings to find out the additional scope and notify to the discipline engineer

• Identify variations, measure and value variations in agreement with Client's representative prepare submittals of variations for Client’s / Consultant’s approval

• Rate Build-up for new item / work

• Preparation of supporting documents for Claims (EOT Disruption Claim)

• Sub Contract Management (Sub-contractor’s Valuation, Agreement & Payment Certification)

• Assist in valuation of variation orders, preparation of site instructions and evaluation of the subcontractor’s Claims

• Managing enquiries & quotations for approval of Client / Consultant

• Monitoring of site progress and preparation of actual internal revenue and actual incurred cost

• Prepare Cash Flow and maintain all supporting documents as planed value report, daily progress reports and approved monthly interim payment certificates as well

• Final Account negotiations and closing out the projects

• Participate in all commercial meetings

• Coordination with procurement team for material procurement and material reconciliations
