I monitor supervises facilities service officers assigned to each of the 4 residential estates.

I conduct (weekly inspections), to make sure that FM services offered in these estates are of high standard at all times. Others include liaising, awarding of contract, monitoring and supervision of outsourced contractors to ensure sustainable and efficient service delivery.

Proper financial and budget management and control to ensure strict adherence to annual budget.

Strict monitoring and supervision of out-sourced contractors and personnel to ensure quality and prompt services

The residential estate comprises 109 residential duplexes

Each having a 2 bed-room flat behind to cater for accomodati

on of of domestic staff of each family residing in each

Responsibilities includes:

Reporting to the Chairman of the Estates Residents

association.

I am resposible for :The management of all deprtments and staff.

Facilities staff for the estates.This departments includes :

Security, Cleaning/Janitorial, Water treatment/supply,

Power/Electrical and lightening deprtment,

Administrative/finance departments.

The entire staff comprising of 21. My duties also includes making sure that all facilities and departments are functional.

I also liases with various goverment/private organisation on behalf of the estate.

My main achievements in this job includes:

With new several innovation intrduced by me this resulted in cosistency and high level performance of all facilities services.

I recoveed 92% of outstanding debts (in form of service charge owed the estates by defaulting residents).

I brought about 24% reduction in cost of running the estate

Salaries of staff members was increased by 15% .

More capital project was initiated and commenced also other abandoned projected were also resusitated.

The security staff strenght was increased from 7 to 14 due to incresed in revenue acrued.

The estate enjoyed relative peace and transquility during my tenure.

Residents Association satisfaction: Achieved Zero unsolved residents complain throughout my tenure as Head Facilities
