Bachelor of pharmacy (B.pharm) from Devaki Ammal Memmorial College of Pharmacy Calicut (under Calicut University), Kerala – India with First Class Experience

1)Working as Pharmacist (Qatar Pharmacist LIC No # 2322 ) since 2011 onwards at Aster Medical Centre Doha – Qatar

Duties and responsibilities:

1Dispense and provide prescribed medications, drugs, Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies and pharmaceutical advising interventions.

2) Pharmaceutical counseling regarding proper use of medication, actions, expected side effects, allergies, duration of use, drug-food interaction, storage.

3Collaborate with other health care professionals to determine effective treatment-plan for specific conditions.

3) Directing pharmacy technicians' work flow on repacking, labeling and documentations of records 4)Maintain accurate inventory records and appropriate inventory level for legal and stock control purposes.
