The Policy and Systems Officers will assist the National Policy Team in implementing Policy Initiatives under the Pakistan Reading Project across Pakistan in different provinces and regions in collaboration with project field teams and respective government counterparts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the implementation of all aspects of the program under the guidance of Technical director – Policy.

Interactions/Liaise with the departments/Ministries/Directorates/district education offices and other educational institutions

Assist in developing work plan, project descriptions, position descriptions, scopes of work, background readings, deliverables, and other documents
