POSITION : Mechanical Technician.

Professional Experiences: working in FPSO Floating Production storage and offloading system responsavel for safety perfoming all preventive and breakdown maintenance, repair task associated with all mechanical equipment, carry out maintenance activities in accordance with company and industry standard policies procedures and emergency response to duties if required. Responsible for repair mechanical equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Diesel engine crane, Hydraulic crane, repair and install valves on turret, Heat exchanger, HVAC Unit, and Siemens gas turbine (SGT 100, 200, 400) Power generator tornado, Water injection typhoon, gas injection cyclone, Remove and install new turbine, Dismantling and reassemble rotating and static equipment, carry out gas turbine water wash, turbine borescope, changing turbine lube oil filter, combustion air in take filters, vent inlet filters, perform pump motor alignment. Every day carry out turbines monitoring, also remove clean and install turbine burners, change dry gas seal with a vendor. Repair different valves, valve gearbox, carry out vibration measurement, carry out weekly test run of fire pumps, essential generator, emergency generator and life boat use correct isolation and disconnection procedure
