Developed,designed and installed a reactor bypass system to allow delivery of 15% more electrical power

to every heat resulting in decreased heat times and yearly savings in the millions. Increased the efficiency

of the power monitoring system resulting in a transient voltage monitoring system and a visual methodology

which allowed downstream power filtering and the ability to see the effects of incoming voltage spikes

and dips throughout the mill.Instituted the use of state of the art position control device for gas,oxygen and

water delivery systems.Developed information gathering and reporting software and program of
