I managed research initiatives and outputs on policies, projects and programmes. I supervised a highly technical team of at least 70 staff members. 2014-2020 Lecturer in Computer Applications (GIS/RS) in Archaeology, University of Botswana

I was employed as Lecturer in the History Department, Archaeology Unit for 6 years. My duties included curriculum design and evaluation. Assessment invigilation and exam board reporting. I undertook research in geospatial applications in archaeology and prepared proposals for conferences for local or regional funding. I am accredited with Botswana qualifications authority in geospatial, earth sciences and life sciences.
