Facilities Management Director–Harris Health LBJ General Hospital, Houston TX 2019 Present

Developed and managed a multi-million dollar facilities capital and operational budget for real estate, project management, planning, design, construction, equipment and furniture acquisition, maintenance/repairs, utilities, emergency preparedness, and contracted services.

Lead large-scale complex projects involving internal and external constituents and matrix partners. Engage in campus master planning and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure improvement and modernization projects. As owner’s representative, in the last three years completed multiple construction/infrastructure projects totaling 38 million dollars. Currently have projects in progress totaling 13 million dollars.

Develop work/project request and handling procedures using CMMS to support responsive, quality driven customer service actions across the entire range of facilities maintenance activities. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures and facilities department service level agreements. Utilize CMMS for data collection, reporting, trend analysis, and decision making.

Manage all operating facilities service contracts with third party vendors to include housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, fire and life safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and various other facility/office services and supplies. Director of Facilities Management–Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Webster TX 2015– 2018

Principal responsibility for Facilities Management of a 450-bed full service hospital consisting of four clinical buildings and a medical office building. The campus consists of over one million square feet on 80 acres.
