During my 4 years with NATO, I was in charge of the only closed Officers Mess in the world. I was responsible for setting up events i.e. Azalea Festival 1988-1992, and various events that included high level dignitaries such as the President of the United States, Congressmen, Senators and Senior government officials. Directed the planning and execution all National Days for all 16 countries of NATO foreign and domestic. Directed the operation of the dining room, bar, and a kitchen and managed a package store for 450 NATO officers.
