West Towns Visiting Nursing Service - Berwyn, IL - March 1988 to March 1994 career start off in home care, learning basic home care management of clients including blood draws, education of clients exposure to 485's and home care rules and reg's 3 months into my career here I was promoted to a Clinical Manager of Ancillary Services: duties included supervising all HHA's and ancillary Team of ST, PT, OT and MSW. I eventually went on here to the weekend Manager of all weekend staff including scheduling and triaging of all clients issues for both our home care and hospice client.

I eventuallyleft the company because they were on the verge of closing due to all the changes in medicare effecting the free standing Home Care Companies.
