The campaign is about checks, the customers call in to order boxes of checks depending on their needs. Sometimes they call to know where their order is because they have not received them yet and we have to handle the situation by verifying on different systems to provide the customer a service with 100% satisfaction. We as a customer service representative also do a little bit of sales, offering them to upgrade their checks with a more security feature or doble up the amount of boxes.
