Provided patient center care to all clients. My duties included assisting clients with daily life skills and daily activities; including meal planning and preparation, ensuring each clients dietary needs were met. I worked closely with the clinicians to provide therapeutic support which included closely monitoring the patients and reporting any concerns to the charge nurse, work with the team to develop treatment plans for clients and to provide administrative support as needed. I ensured at the conclusion of my shift all pertinent information had been documented and filed appropriately.
BOSTON CENTERS FOR YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES– TO
YOUTH SERVICE WORKER, CITY OF BOSTON
My responsibilities included the creation and implementation of programs and activities school aged children (youth -adolescence) . Within in this role I provide mentoring and counsel to at risk youth in the Boston area. My managerial responsibilities included maintaining the budget for the summer youth employment project funding; recruiting and securing viable talent to work within the program and maintaining daily logs and monthly presentations to senior members within the organization.
