Checking operating of air pressure switches, damper actuator,(motorized damper)checking 3-way bypass valve & actuator checking normal operation of chillers child water pumps, blowers & motors of AHU’S, FCU’S, EXF’S, and FAHU, Dismantling over hauling reassembling motors. Checking & coupling C.H.W pump motor checking flanges against leak,NRV checking Operation of flow switch, butterfly valve. Split AC, window AC, Ductable AC, PACKAGE ac, Cassette AC,AHU,FCU, Installation and Maintenance, and air-cooled chiller, water cooled chiller operating and maintenance. MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES IN RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:- Preventive and predictive maintenance jobs

Trouble shooting and commissioning

Overhauling and performance checking

Alignments with drive machine and Equipment

Preparing preventive maintenance of Quarterly, half quarterly, annually as per HVAC check list &carrying out the work.

Passed SSC (10th) from Ch.Shivaji Maharaj university Kolhapur in the year of 2009.

Passed HSC (12th) from Ch.Shivaji Maharaj university Kolhapur in the year of 2011. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :-

Completed technical course from Father agnel trade school Bandra Bombay in the trade of

“MRAC” in the year of 2013.
