To whom it may concern;

I have worked in the Marine industry my whole life. Started when I was 22 yrs old, I am now 48. I am well rounded in all aspects of marine operations, project management, office management, yacht sales, including daily operations of owning and maintaining a business and their employees. I am an avid sailor, fisher, and have a love for the ocean. I’ve worked mostly on long term positions, leaving only on my terms to try and better,my experience and expertise of any kind marine related product or need. I am an avid sailor, fisher, and water lover.

I've been working since I was 14 years old and have not stopped for one minute. I am a hard worker, I work without supervision, I can adapt to any work atmosphere in a professional manner.

I have always been a people person, and can handle anything that is thrown my way. I go far and above when asked to complete a task. I have successfully managed; help grow and maintained a small business in Fairhaven for the last 11 years. I am looking for a change in the same industry. It's what I know and love but would be open to any suggestions that would fit my skills in operation management. I can make myself available anytime for an interview. Kind Regards,

Karen Cadieux
