As an Assistant Loan Officer, my duties were to coordinate with the active loan officer and their clients for necessary documentation for loans as well as walk clients through the loan process and answer any questions that they may have about said process. Working in a financial setting, it was necessary to know and understand the United States financial system so that the loan application and home buying process could be easily communicated and understood by those seeking homes. Being a detailed oriented person, the use of spreadsheets in various different formats was extremely helpful when trying to keep track of all the loans coming into the office.
