Job Details and Experience

During Oct.1975, I had joined Gujarat Steel Tubes Ltd. Ahmedabad, One of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Steel Pipes & Tubes from India, as a Junior Clerk in Marketing Department and onwards June 1979 I was transferred to Accounts Department. GST was the 1st ISO 9002 (BVQI London) certificate obtained in Steel Tube Industry in India. The Co. was having Annual Turnover + Rs.150 Crores during 1991 to1995. The Company was having LAN based SQL ORACAL computerized accounting system at early 90. I was employed with GST up to Dec. 1995 and have served the organization for more than 20 Years and had left the Organization for my batter prospectus. My last position was Accounts officer in Finance Department.

During Dec.1995, I had joined TLT Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. Chhatral, a German Technical Collaboration unit and having corporate office at Mumbai as Accounts Officer having Job responsibilities for looking after and supervision of entire accounting functions of Chhatral Work’s unit. The turnover of company was Rs. 90 lacs at the time of my joining and was Rs. 3 Crores when I had resigned voluntarily during March 1998 due to economic financial crises prevailing in the company. I had served the company for nearly 2.5 years.

During September 1998, I had joined M. H. Packaging, Vasna–Ivaya road, Sanand near Ahmedabad, the division of M H Mills & Ind. Ltd. Ahmedabad, one of the oldest and reputed diversified Textile Unit as Senior Accountant having Job responsibilities for looking after and supervision of entire accounting functions of packaging unit at Sanand. The turnover of company was around Rs.12 Crores . I had served the company for nearly 2.5 years. I had left the Organization during Jan .2001 for my batter Job prospectus at Ahmedabad .

During January 2001 to Aug. 2007, I had served Paint manufacturing unit of Ahmedabad having larger Market presence in Western & South Indian Market, Educational Institute, Share Broking Firm having activities of Share Trading delivery & day Arbitrage segment of NSE & BSE, F & O Segments, Demat & Depository participants services MCX & NCDEX activities & B P O Accounting UK work InfoTech Company as Project Manager. InfoTech & TV Media Analytical Co. as Senior Accountant having Job responsibilities for looking after and supervision of accounting functions of above different units.

I have worked as Field Executive during Aug. 2007 to March 2008 with Chartered Accountant’s Firm having loan Processing Activities of Different Private Sector Banks like HDFC Bank Ltd. & UK Based Barcklay’s Bank & GE Money the Private Finance Landing Institute. The Job Activities includes Party Meetings & Discussion and Preparation of LOAN Related Reports for Property Mortgage Loan and Estimated Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet of Party on the basis of Business Information’s provided during visit.

During April 2008 to Oct/ Nov 2008 I had served for Part Time at Advertising Agency & DCA of Reliance Polymers and was looking after Accounting Functions

Onwards Nov.2008, I am employed as Sr. Manager Accounts having Salt Manufacturing Activities the Pvt. Ltd. Co. having Corporate Office at Ahmadabad.

Areas of Exposures durings JOB

1 Joint Responsibilities for finalization of Final Accounts for preparations of All Schedules of Balance

Sheet, Fixed Assets & Depreciation and Profit & Loss A/c. & Statutory Matters like, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax of Employees in consultations with Statutory Auditors. Preparation of VAT Audit Details & Schedules etc.

2. Sales Order booking procedures from Dealers & Distributors in consultations with Manufacturing & Production Planning Department. Preparation of Monthly Sales Price lists and functions related to Market related Activities.

3. Entire Sales Accounting Procedures {Billings, Credit Notes of Rate Difference, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Discount Structure of Dealers Performance, Claim Settlement, Interest payable and others claims, Debit Notes of Financial and other charges. Collection Registers, Branch Stock Maintenance, Control over Branches & Dealers – Debtors, Follow up for collection with Dealers, Branches & with Marketing Department. Branch Stock Movements, Co-ordination with Sole Selling Agent. And also familiar with functions of Market related activities having Dealers – Distributors network. Preparation of related MIS Reports like Product wise Sales Realization Credit Control Reports etc.

4. Checking & scrutiny of Tour Reports, Branch Expenses, Expenditure Statements, Debtors Ledger having more than 2000 clients, Creditors ledger having more than 1000 accounts, General Ledger, Transport Bills passing, Banking Account Books & Bank Reconciliation Statements and Individual and Joint Responsibilities for Finalization of Final Accounts for preparations of All Schedules of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c. & Statutory Matters like, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax of Employees in consultations with Statutory Auditors.

5. Purchase Accounting Procedures and control over suppliers for payments.

6. Preparation of Daily-Weekly & Monthly collection Statements. Forecasting of Estimates for Monthly Collections receivable. Monitoring of Cash Flows of Branches for collections received. Supervision of Functions of Credit Control and preparation of related MIS Reports like Age Wise Out standings, Debtors Due Collection Day Report etc.

7. Attending Internal Audit on continuous basis and Statutory Audit work at regular intervals.

Handling of related commercial activities, matters and allied functions of Accounts.

8. I was also looking after the follow up work with ROC Gujarat at TLT Engineering India P Ltd. Preparation of Income Tax Returns of Salary, TDS Returns, and Issuing of TDS Certificates & Salary Certificates, FBT, Service Tax, Income Tax Assessment Matters in consultation with Statutory Auditors and familiar with Preparation & E Filing with ROC Annual Returns like 20 B ., 23 AC -23 ACA, ADT-1 and others Returns

9. Banking Work & Mutual Fund Related Investment Wok & Equity Investment Related Work.

Computers knowledge & proficiency

I am familiar with PC Operations having In house developed Accounting Software, Tata Ex Next Generation, Tally 7.2 and 9.0 ERP versions, IRIS of UK, Quick Books, SAP Office Excel & Word & Internet.

B.Com. passed during April 1975 securing 53 %.with Distinction in Advanced Accountancy & Auditing from H. L. College of Commerce, Navrangapura, Ahmedabad of Gujarat University Ahmedabad

Intermediate Chartered Secretary Passed during December 1978 securing 50 %. with Distinction in Accounts of Professional Institute of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India New Delhi
