Supervised and trained over 65 personnel in quality manufacturing processes. Identified and implemented changes for the lifetime configuration management process to ensure cradle to grave traceability.

1st ever ISO 9001 certification for the newly established manufacturing plant
Established main shaft remanufacturing in Amarillo and leaned the processes out to yield 20 assemblies per week per shift from 5 assemblies per week
Established disassembly processes and stations for core main shafts, gearboxes and drivetrains
Completed over 125 brand new drivetrain disassemblies for NGC and re-assembled the drivetrains once NGC replaced their faulty bearings
Established the remanufacturing processes in Amarillo with 687 units the first year
Established circuit card remanufacturing in Amarillo for 28 different circuit cards with 1165 delivered in the first year
