Electrical Assembler

- Run electrical wires for the Locomotive, able to troubleshoot and fix wires not ran properly. We use schematics for both electrical and mechanical for different types of Locomotives.

- Started in the Cab's Department, where we run all the wires for the front of Locomotive, Engineers control panel, conductors desk, the vestibule, and all wires under cab to route to breaker box, and wires going to the back side of Locomotive.

- Now in the Final Assembly Department, where we run the rest of wiring, and preform Mechanical tasks via prints. Install and hook up engine. Make all connections to the junction box, connect wires inside the E- Locker, wire up Generators, Dynamic Breaks,

- I became Lift-Truck driver,and Lift-a-Loft qualified.

02/2017 - 06/2018 Faurecia South 950 W 450 S, Columbus, IN Operated V-cells Mixers by loading parts into various Fanuac robot welders. To make TLA, emission parts for the commercial business of Cummings,The catalytic converter for semis. Had to inspect all parts from one station to the next for any defects, at the end of line had to repair the bad welds with a tig welder. Also able to trouble shoot the welding cells for problems and fix them in an efficient manner. did tool changeovers on the V-Cells. Able to trouble shoot and repair the Fanuc robot welder using the pendant. Worked in Final Assembly using various power tools. Operate Fugi Lathes for 8 speed Flange and Bushing. Highly efficient with this job. Use Omni Gages, Height Gages, various others gages to ensure parts are within specification. Have also learned OP 10,20,30,40 (pack out) and trouble shoot and correct problems within the robot area. Have worked on the Grinder Machine within the cell with no problems, able to use the press and gages to ensure proper parts are being made. Have been pack out for 1234 Housing, welder for various parts throughout the plant.

Operated lift truck to supply raw parts to the machines and dunnage to the pack outs, pick up the dunnage and locate into the warehouse staging area to be shipped. Currently operate CNC Lathe for the Hard Shafts for the 6 speed transfer case for the Heavy Truck and SUV for GM. Able to troubleshoot the robot within the cell, troubleshoot and make offsets on the lathes to ensure proper parts are being made within specification, use various gages to keep parts within a tolerance of 15 to 30 mm. Able to trouble shoot the Fanuc robot if it breaks down. Operating the pendant control for the robot, to move it back to the home position to avoid damage to the lathes and change the tooling.

Mill & Mix Compounder

11/1995 - 10/2015 3M Co 304 S 75 E,

Hartford City, IN

Hooked up and unloaded 6000 gallon tankers of MEK & Tolulene to the 25,000 gallon holding tanks on site. Hooked up 6,000 gallon tankers of 6% Adhesive, 4% Adhesive & 550 Adhesive to be used on the coaters. Mixed various adhesives in ( 30 ) 6500 gallon tanks for the Coaters following recipe sheets, then took samples to the Lab to check soilds & viscosity to insure they are within specification, if not, added solvents and or adhesive to bring into specification. Got Hazardous waste drums prepped to be weighed and added to the manifest, Qualified to use EX Truck, to move Hazardwaste drums to prep area, then unloaded to hazard waste storage, used EX Truck to place various adhesives into the Red label room until needed for other coaters and/or taken to upper floor Mill & Mix to make Adhesive. Respiratory fitted and qualified yearly for full face, half face, and cloth mask when needed. Lift Truck Operator
