Accountable for strategy planning, budgeting, ATL/BTL/digital marketing, media and agency coordination, creative inputs, negotiations, campaign/event planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. Strategic Initiatives

Member of the Executive Decision Making team involved in formulating long/short term GTM/RTM strategies in alignment with the overall corporate vision and business goals

Joined the newly carved position with mandate of facilitating the company’s objective of repositioning the brand from market perception of pharmacy business to a holistic healthcare entity:

oLed initiatives to strengthen and build the image of the CSR arm of the Group

Supported the team in the successful execution of the biggest healthcare exhibition in GCC, the Arab Health Exhibition; conceptualized and transformed the videos shown in the exhibition along with other branding communication

Marketing and Branding Excellence

Designed and drove Aster Safe Road Campaign, a large youth-CSR campaign on road safety in UAE and India on both national and international platforms; engaged right from ideation to creation, design, development and execution:

oTied up with sports icon and global celebrity, Mr Sachin Tendulkar for launching the program in New Delhi in 2016

oExecuted the campaign successfully across all 9 geo locations with company presence; rolled-out the program in 50+ schools in Dubai itself

oDesigned a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing both ATL/BTL activities such as road shows, digital camps and other interventions across targeted schools and universities

Conceptualized and launched Aster@30 along with the senior leaders, a massive 360-degree marketing and branding campaign celebrating 30 years of the Group as part of a core management team:

oEngaged in all related activities right from designing the campaign blue print to selection and appointment of creative agencies and more

oRe-branded the entire corporate identity right from redesigning the corporate brochure to creation of new corporate videos and presentations

Standardized and integrated the ATN network across the Group spanning across all of GCC (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain), India and Philippines; implemented the concept of doctor profiling and added value to the services being provided

oShot 100+ doctor videos across the GCC units; oversaw the content and ensured deployment of the videos across the network within the span of 1 year

Strategized for the creation and implementation of various branding and marketing activities and collaterals such as outdoor/internal signage, vehicle branding and more:

oChanged all the signage of clinics and hospitals within defined time frame of 3 months.

Procurement Strategy

Sourcing and roping in new vendors & suppliers periodically for various projects and events

Negotiating with the suppliers and getting the best deal, ensuring the quality standards, timelines, cost, commercial terms and conditions are adhered too.
