• Administered and coordinated the day to day operations of the project site. Was responsible for training and developing Field Construction Coordinators, Project Administrative Assistant, Foremen and new Trade Superintendents.

• Oversaw and completed daily production and costs by monitoring major work items to ensure that production cost data and safety data were collected from prior day and shared with the supervisors for purposes analysis and planning.

• Tracked progress of project and financial status by monitoring and analyzing hourly cost production data.

• Responsible for quality on the project, ensured safety of all employees, while meeting client’s needs, controlled cost, made sure that the project was competed on schedule while implementing and administering lean principles. Managed the tracking processes to meet the expectations of E Light Electrical Services.

• Developed and administered a Quality Assurance Program for the site. Developed QC reports, posted construction reports and detailed progress reports. Assisted in development and management of project execution strategies, worked closely with Construction Manager, Project Engineer and Logistic Manager made sure that all materials, workmanship and construction were all according to contract documents, specifications and were in compliance with building codes.

• Inspected all the components before they were installed made sure all the defective materials were corrected or removed before there were installed.

• Performed Contractor submittal reviews and approvals including recommendations for verification.
