Perform “Hold”, “Witness”, and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with Saudi ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.

Inspect Material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with Saudi ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at Saudi ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.

Develop, implement and maintain Corrosion Management Plans for the structures and equipment as per Saudi ARAMCO standards including design of scrapping and corrosion monitoring programs.

Corrosion monitoring of piping, pipelines and equipment by corrosion coupons (weight loss), electrical resistance probe, linear polarization resistance, fluid analysis, bacteria analysis, and ultrasonic thickness measurement.

Identify the type of corrosion/deterioration to the equipment or piping, initiate appropriate monitoring methods and collect field data to estimate the corrosivity of the media.

Plan and follow up field trials, batch, and continuous treatment (corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, oxygen scavenger, and biocide).

Supervision of cathodic protection system design, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, surveying, adjusting, and repairing of both galvanic and impressed current for plant piping, storage tanks, and pressure vessel with compliance to standards and recommended practices of NACE and API.

Perform corrosion investigation, chemical recommendation, failure assessment, and inspection for workover rigs ESP, PCP, and SRP.

Carrying out all inspection activities for plant stationary equipment as assigned including pressure vessels, tanks, valves, and piping system throughout the plant.

Enters equipment, observe conditions and makes preliminary interpretation accordance to API 510, 570 & 653 and other relevant standards and codes to ensure plant integrity and reliability for the safe and efficient operation.

Analyzing all inspection reports and highlighting trends and modes of failure and make adequate recommendations.

Follow up remedial and all actions repairs for all static equipment

Piping and Pipeline construction quality control works.

Hydrostatic testing, coating, wrapping and commissioning etc.

Trained and performed inspection tools (magnetic flux leakage (MFL), Rapid motion scanner (RMS), and R- scan) in Qarun fields.

Review Painting procedures and painting systems (internal – external – lining) for external and internal coating for piping, tanks, steel structure and equipment according to operation conditions and painting standards and codes.

Inspection of coating procedures such as preparation to blast cleaning, surface profile, surface cleaning degree, coating films applications.

Inspect and evaluate various types of painting defects in new and old painting.

Preparing WPS & PQR and WPQ for various conditions.

Visual inspection of welds and appropriate NDT inspection such as Ultrasonic, Radiography, Magnetic Particle testing, hydrostatic testing and Dye-Penetrate testing.

Prepare, apply plans, and strategies of pigging operation depending on criticality, corrosion severity, etc. of pipelines.

Witness for proving, cleaning, and verification of the pipelines by running foam, magnetic brush, caliper, and intelligent pigs.
