Responsibilities:

Establishes and manages the master maintenance program. Creates a record to track performance of all critical machine components to formalize a predictive and preventive maintenance (TPM Operating Systems).

Perform actual operational tasks as needed based on staffing levels including but not limited to troubleshooting operational and equipment problems/failures.

Responsible for the reliability and smooth run of the DCS control system SCADA and (FLEXBATCH ®)

Carryout root cause failure analysis of the major failures. Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Manage and trains staff and maintenance workers in methods and procedures that maximize the efficient operation and application of the means of production

Ensure all maintenance actions to be performed as per requirement of O&M manuals.

Optimize and manage the store inventory to ensure availability of the parts to meet emergency and routine maintenance requirement of the facility equipment’s.

Control, review and update all maintenance documents as outlined on the site Master List of Controlled Documents of Plant QMS systems.

Be involved in new project, defining the needs, taking part to the design phase and ensure control during the assembling phase of new machinery

Cooperating with technical/production department to optimize and modify the production equipment to improve safety, productivity and quality

Responsible for safety, environment and compliance of HSE procedures and policies in all maintenance activities.
