Supporting department-level managers in Planning/CALFED, Operations and Maintenance, Human Resources, etc. Duties include maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, answering phones, processing invoices, tracking expenditures, preparing expenditures, preparing expense reports, reconciling procurement reports, typing memos, posting to the Board calendar, data entry in FileMaker Pro, updating AGM Tracking Items report and following up with employees’ tasks.

11/00 – 6/01 Executive Assistant Architectural Dimensions, Walnut Creek, California. Assistant to the President/Owner. Duties include scheduling, travel arrangements, marketing, corresponding with vendors and clients, attending high level meetings, coordinating tasks with project managers.
