I am a very quick learner and am extremely well versed in almost all computer related applications. I am well versed in all forms of Microsoft Office including all Office 365 applications. I have experience in several ERP systems including SAPB1, AS/400, SQL, SSRS, JD Edwards, Open Systems, Fourth Shift, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, Active Directory, EDI and POS applications or VoIP phone system. I have experience using zebra printers and scanners trouble shooting both the hardware and software aspects of the devices. I am a hard worker who loves challenges. IT Technician: Demco Sept 2021 to Present

Working with computer hardware and software (servers, switches, desktops, laptops, etc). Supporting end users in all issues setting up computers from start to finish for new users or replacing old hardware, software for current users. Maintaining Active Directory, ERP, Office 365, SSRS reporting along with all other software applications Demco uses. Helped with server installation and network monitoring both hardware and network applications. Involved with implementing our cyber attack prevention policies and reaction plans.
