Environmental Management, Administrative Policy Advisor 2015 - 2021
● Directed a 10-member cross-functional team tasked with integrating the policies and protocols of two divisions (500+ staff) that were merged. The team conducted a comprehensive audit of 107 business processes (administrative, budget and finance, communications, consistency, web-based functions and information technology services).
● The team evaluated all business process guidelines and made them available to staff in three months
Water Division, Administrative Policy Advisor 2005 - 2015
● Managed the work of the 12-member Water Division Management Team. The team comprised the leadership of five programs (fisheries, watershed, water quality, drinking water & groundwater, great lakes) and provided oversight for 600+ staff across the state of Wisconsin.
● Conducted strategic planning to develop a teamwork plan and timelines to ensure that the team focused on the highest value topics and critical issues were addressed.
Land Division, Administrative Policy Advisor 2000 - 2003
● Managed the operations of the Land and Forestry Leadership Team. The 12-member team consisted of the leadership of four programs and provided oversight for 500+ staff across the state of Wisconsin. The team needed a mechanism to address critical emergencies as well as address long-term planning, budgets, and work planning.

Customer Assistance & External Relations, Program Manager 1996-1999
● Managed the department’s International Program. The department was participating in environmental collaborative projects in Latvia, Lithuania, and the Russian Republic of Buryatia.
