I am a 79 year old active widowed male in very good health. I retired in 2008. I returned to work in 2010 for a year. I have traveled, played golf and visited the grandkids for the last 15 years.

I have decided to return to work, mainly to keep active, but also due to cost of living, I need more money coming in.

I am planning on working for 2-3 years.

I can do consulting work or as an employee, part time or full time, preferably consulting.

I have 30 + years leasing small to large new distribution spaces in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as well as regional locations. I handled contracts with maintenance companies, i.e. HVAC, Electrical, etc. This included preparing and responsible for annual budgets for these distribution centers.

On the Logistics side I was responsible for contract and budgeting for a Dedicated Trucking company for state wide distribution.

I am very outgoing and definitely a people person.

I have lived in Dallas and the surrounding suburbs since I was a year old.
