Primary responsibility includes assisting the Admissions Director with admitting tasks, the Social Worker with assessments, and the Business Office Manager with accounts receivable. I currently function as the first impression of the facility and strive to be the utmost professional. This position attests to my customer service and multi-tasking skills and is not limited to the following:
Operate the phone switchboard.
Utilize Point Click Share (PCC)
Research medical records and enter data for admission.
Community relations is a huge part of this role.
I call residences every week after being discharged, with a set of questions, for transitional and wellness follow-up to ensure they are taken care of.
Using the Shift Key platform, I calculate nursing staff hours to help forecast future staffing needs.

Here I guided individuals and their families through the process of finding the best design options for their needs and budget when they're looking toward the next step of building their home. This consisted of working with percentages, reading blueprints, understanding the buyer’s desires, and actively listening to their design ideas. I connected with the buyers by understanding that this is one of the largest investments they work so hard to achieve. This role was driven by stellar customer satisfaction, where I averaged a 98% customer satisfaction rating via surveys submitted through a third party. Accepted large sums of currency from up to $30,000-65,000 3 times a day. Responsibilities included:
