Current Position as a QA/QC Engineer is to over look several Company Projects executed by Contractors, activities include review of the following for Facilities and Pipeline drawings (Isometric, Alignment sheets for Pipeline, Structural, process and P&ID) WPS, ITP, Quality Plan, Management of change procedures, Method Statements. Witness WQT, inspect all materials such as valves, pipes, Beams, angle irons etc for fabrication activities and review of MTRS or C of C of materials. Generate and update line history Sheet for all facility process and pipeline, Structural Quality summary sheet for structural fabrications. Review and sentence all radiographs for welds. Witness all Pressure test on spools, valves and Pipelines. Calculate weight of structural fabrications and review Contractors documentation for invoicing and carry out quality
