I was assigned projects for a company named QTC for trial to help get approval to move forward with a new workflow to increase productivity. Projects consisted of doing email responses to clients to assist in getting them scheduled for an appointment and/or provide contact information for them to call for more assistance. Another project consisted of Submitting completed Surveys in the System.

During an Audit I was interviewed and provided and presented examples to the auditor efficient information regarding our workflow and how we deal with any confidential information of the claimant/ veteran I provided acceptable answers to any questions the auditor had, and the auditor also listened to a few inbound calls Id received in order to understand how we complete each call while following workflow. The Auditor team were very pleased with my interview, and I had received KUDOS from the company’s VP and management.
