Job Description:

Mainly charged with day to day operations of the business e.g. supplier relationship overseeing, management of sites, team task allocation, administrative and business relationship creation with suppliers, clients and industry stakeholders as a whole. Also taxed with contracts coordination, works implementation and new business frontier exploration as well as marketing of our services and products.

Job Description:

Site projects management for Automation Deployment and Remediation contractors (Electrical Instrumentation, Mechanical and Civil), oversight and monitoring for HSEQ and timeline compliance, acted as owner’s representative for deployed sites, supervision and follow-up until commissioning as per contracted works for the various installations scope contractors on site.

Key responsibilities in this Area included:

Cost monitoring and analysis to ensure value for money as invested in the project.

Projects conceptualization and design to clients’ satisfaction.

General management of site teams from various contractors on day to day activities. Overseeing ongoing works as assigned to various project contractors in liaison with the other stakeholders directly and indirectly involved.

Daily reporting and progress evaluation of the assigned tasks using KPIs and KPAs that were customized for the project.

Ensuring a safe, efficient and quality based project implementation environment for all the contractors and end users of the Automation project.

Assisting the Commissioning Engineers and project stakeholders in the final handover of properly done sites as per expected contractor scopes, also ensuring remedial works are done according to snags raised during site inspections.

Mainly charged with field installation and commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Equipment, Cabling and Termination of Field Pipeline Instruments namely Actuators, Motorized Valves, Temperature Probes, Line Pressure Instruments in accordance to Engineering specifications for the said project.

Participated in overall designing of cable paths for the field instruments and also hand in hand took part in the day to day installation activities with the other technicians with a view to exceed set deadlines as per job scope. 3
