Within this support role I handled a wide variety of admin duties as well as support the organization of Sales Training programs which includes obtaining training spaces, catering, classroom set up, assistance with physician correspondence, travel and payments. May 2011 to May 2016 - Administrative support to the Sr Director of Finance, the Sr Director of Information Technology and their teams, as well as the administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing Quality. I handled a wide variety of administrative duties within these three teams. For my executives, I handled calendar maintenance, travel and expenses, miscellaneous reports and presentation assistance.
