Myers Attorney Services - Little Rock, AR
October 2020 to Present
The courts in Pulaski, Perry, Hot Spring, Grant, and Saline counties have appointed me an officer of the courts since October of last year. My duties are to collect various court documents and to deliver them to the involved parties. It is usually not an easy task as most people surprisingly don't want their documents. It takes some investigative work most of the time but it is a rather fun job. Another duty I have is repossessing vehicles on occasion. Since Myers Attorney Services is also a private investigation firm I also participate in undercover operations as needed. Operator 1

I was in charge of all Terminal operations including daily and monthly inventory reconciliation. I replaced or repaired any equipment that's went down(pumps, load arms, hoses etc). I conducted and recorded very in-depth PM's and inspections on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi annual and annual basis. I Received and transfered fuel from a 96 railcar unit train as well as performed inspections and tested samples from railcars on a monthly basis. I trained and certified all new truck drivers on our safety and standard operating procedures. I routinely filled out JSA's and conducted safety meetings with any contractors or temporary workers before starting any tasks that didn't have a written procedure. We were very safety oriented and abided by all LO/TO procedures and also regularly wrote new procedures for any tasks that didn't have a written procedure. I was on call every other week and had to report to terminal within 1 hour of receiving any call requiring assistance. There was a lot of paperwork involved with this position and about 1/3 of my day was spent at my desk on email correspondence and handling purchasing as well as filing various forms and uploading everything to a company wide shared drive. My duties were basically anything related to the operations of a liquid petroleum terminal. Lead Tester
