My husband and I opened this business in 1997 specializing in all flooring installation. I took care of all administrative duties such as billing, payroll, scheduling, taxes, spreadsheets and paying invoices. I would take calls and respond to emails to get clients scheduled for a quote/estimate on their flooring needs. Then I would relay that information to the employees and set their days up for them accordingly.
