Administrative Assistant for Utilities Department Contractor I work directly with the contractor. I complete data entry forms and submit to Metro and Public Works to obtain needed permits. I complete invoice transactions and submit receipts. I also track maintenance for fleet of vehicles and renew registration when needed. I schedule taps with Metro using Google Calendar.
