Accomplishments

●As the Project Manager for Customs reform and modernization at the Liberia Revenue Authority, I worked with the PMO to provide leadership to the Liberian Government’s customs reform efforts, leading the revision of legislation, policies, and standard operating procedures to meet World Trade Organization TFA requirements. I also championed the Agile mindset coaching team on the best agile project management practices for the successful implementation of several multimillion-dollars World Bank, IMF and WTO funded IT projects that reduced import clearance time from 2 weeks to 2 days and significantly decreased reported extortion.

●At the Liberian Ministry of Finance – Monrovia, I supported the PMO in coordinating stakeholders’ engagement to collect project requirements. Oversaw the development of SOW and WBS for the public financial management information systems reform project. I also worked along with the relevant authorities to develop the institutions’ IT and IS governance framework and other SLAs that strengthened security, improved compliance, and assisted in achieving the institution’s overall strategic goals.
