TD Bank/Global Technical Talent LLC: Contract Position -Project Specialist Analyst III- 05/24/2021 through 5/19/2023- 100% Remote: To work with Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness that was sponsored by the Small Business Administration due to the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic which was the cause to wage loss and or business expenses losses. Tasks Include working with customers to complete online access setup to log into the online portal to complete the loan forgiveness application, many tasks include troubleshooting online access from the customer’s point of access and verifying & troubleshoot online issues, also to walk customers through step-by-step setting up their passwords, security questions to access the loan forgiveness portal. Performed resets of account access when customers were locked out. Many other tasks include verifying account signers on loan records, updating and removing loan signers and if any application was incomplete and was not submitted to the SBA for decision I would reset the entire application on customer request to complete the process of applying for loan forgiveness for submission to TD & SBA for review, also uploaded new and relevant documents to the SBA customer portal also to verify certified documents submitted by the customer to be added within TD’s online profile, performed Death of Owner changes/updates within the account, verified documents submitted online by customers such as driver’s license, power of attorney records, Ownership of Businesses Entity such as non-profit or S-Corp status for proper labeling of the business that was applying for loan forgiveness. I have worked with loans that were up to a maximum of $ 10 million that were part of 1st draw and have and currently working with 2nd draw loans that are up to a maximum of $ 2 million. Overall day-to-day responsibilities were to access customer profiles to make sure upcoming deadlines are met by the customer to complete the forgiveness application. Every so often I will speak by WebEx with the customer however the main point of communication was by email to the business owner or customer about any ongoing persistent issues that needed to be resolved immediately.

Current responsibilities include working with (PWQ’S) Prior Work Requests, adjusting current readings as they pertain to customer accts, and communicate with different depts. such as Billing, Construction & Reginal Operational depts. to achieve the important tasks of relating the correct info to prioritize urgent task requirements. ABB Industrial Solutions /Select Source International- Position- Account Management Coordinator Analyst: 01/2020 Through 04/2020: HYBRID Position: Current responsibilities are to process & complete orders, communicate with manufacturing plants with regards to Items and parts that need to be built for Industrial equipment components also tracking lost freight & many other tasks that are associated with the complete built to specs and out the door tracking to be delivered to the customer have working knowledge of return authorizations (RGA’s) process claims, scheduled pickup of freight that were refused by the customer, issued call tags, looking up billing discrepancies on invoices, research orders that were shipped incomplete and look up Bill of Lading freight for content, making sure customers receive credit for what was returned and billed for added product to the existing Invoice. I also worked remotely for the company during the Cova19 Pandemic to make sure plant-manufactured products got to field hospitals and emergency personnel. Software used to complete tasks were SAP Software & Salesforce Logging system along with Empower tracking logistics to verify that much-needed equipment was delivered on time during the high points of the Coronavirus Pandemic within certain areas of the United States.

Atlantic Union Bank/Formally Union Bank and Trust-Position- E-Channel Business Online Banking Technical Support-04/2019 through-01/2020: HYBRID Position: Current responsibilities are to walkthrough online banking enrollment with Consumer & Business Clients by chat sessions or phone, process reset passwords, monitor accounts for any fraudulent activities, process account claims, help with enrollment into Quicken and QuickBooks for consumers who want to download statements synced with their bank accounts. Other duties include speaking with potential consumers about becoming valued members of the bank. Also, provide a walkthrough for customers to download one of three apps that are currently in use for Atlantic Union Bank depending on the level of their account access. Overall other banking tasks would include Business client callbacks, providing CD rates, and loan payoff quotes, along with any business tasks that will help the client run their business in a smooth manner. The online business banking platform is very tech-driven for online security and helping current business clients feel safer that their Information is protected is very rewarding. General Electric Lighting Company: Position Customer Service Account Analyst Management: May-2014 –JUNE -2018: Duties Include: Hybrid Position To process & complete orders for corporations such as Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot & many others for GE Lighting. Process returns authorization (RGA’s) process claims, schedule pickup of freight that was refused by issuing call tags, looking up billing discrepancies on requested invoices, research orders that were shipped incomplete and look up Bill of Lading freight, make sure customers receive credit for what was returned or billed for what was kept. To answer & make calls regarding orders that were placed electronically or by phone. Worked remotely whenever the company needed on-call reps for special tasks. Also, other special skills learned were GE’s In-home Electric lighting-controlled system solely by Bluetooth & WIFI applications. The software which is a direct-to-test to the mass market (CBYGE & the Wink lighting.) CBYGE & WINK Lighting duties include troubleshooting software applications to help the customer connect to Bluetooth or WIFI on their mobile devices, to reset lamps that were not functioning properly & to help with the enrollment process to create their CBYGE or Wink lighting account. Temporary Contractor Position July-2013- May 2014: Contractor Position Title- Property Preservation Team Assoc: Duties Include--Onsite Position to place bids on properties owned by the bank to have Interior and Exterior work done such as replacing pipes, cabinets, grass cutting, painting, pretty much anything to keep the property in good shape for foreclosure sale and short sales that may be pending. Other tasks would be to make calls to homeowners who have currently vacated the property and have pending ins claims to have repair work done to the property, also to contact the Investors such as Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac to get recommendations on properties that have gone to sale and no repair work was ever done to the property.
