Supervises the engineering design group in addition to roles and responsibilities below. Assign priorities and resources to provide CAD services (drawings and 3-D modeling) for CAPEX and operations projects. Provide oversight for engineering drawing and document archiving for use in current and future project work. Identified and optimized process conditions for a 10% productivity increase to customer’s existing fluid bed dryer system while reducing maintenance intervals and downtime.

Successfully commissioned new fluid bed dryer for potash on time and under budget, qualifying FLS for proposal submission on similar industry projects.
