RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

1. Receive and triage thousands of water, fire, lightning, theft/vandalism, wind & hail, freeze, mold, hurricane, and liability claims simultaneously from multiple carriers including: commercial and homeowners, third-party liability and large loss in field and/or office environments.

2. Schedule and maintain appointments with insureds, claimants, attorneys, contractors, engineers and public adjusters for field inspection and scope of damages.

3. Thoroughly inspect and investigate claims and gather pertinent information, recorded statements and documentation.

4. Build claim estimate in accord with carrier/department protocol, including any potential subrogation and/or fraud issues, while considering concerns of claimants, attorneys, contractors, engineers and public adjusters.

5. Reach agreement of scope of, and/or costs of related damages with claimants, attorneys, contractors, engineers and public adjusters.

6. Prepare necessary reports, forms, recorded statements and letters.

7. Prepare check requests within my authority of $75,000.00, and pay claimants on-site in some cases.

8. Address any potential supplemental issues and closing concerns.
