Although I have had over twenty years of experience working in retail and customer service the most rewarding work is working as a Life Enrichment Coordinator working with seniors, they become more than just residents at a nursing home they become family. Seeing them laugh and smile and have fun even if they won't remember tomorrow what they did today because of the Dementia and Alzheimer disease.
