Current employment:

Since 2017 to till dated I am working as H.R. MANAGER, HOPE PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST at Ambattur, Chennai, a nonprofit organization providing special education, health care service to children / youth exists with Intellectual disability.

My role to provide plan of action to various programs for smooth administration and its proceeding and follow-up. I am well versed on fundraising work for the organization.

I exist with vast experience on H.R. management, staff recruitment and training.

I involve in special health awareness programs for public domain. I hold good amount of experience on writing social media blogs and preparation of annual report, organizing executives committee meeting and record resolutions on minutes notebook. I do extend my role on monitor projects working towards promotion on public health, Women empowerment and Income generation projects.

From 02/05/2010 to 31/07/2013 worked as H.R. Manager in Cheshire Home at Chennai. This Home runs full time rehabilitation to youth exists with Disabilities.

Cheshire Homes India at Chennai unit in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, as such activities involved as such office management, fund raising, supervising Day today admin. work on rehabilitation service, maintenance of income and expenses vouchers.

In the year 1998. I successfully completed a training on Mental Health & Psychosocial Rehabilitation, organized by SCARF-India, Schizophrenia Research Foundation, Chennai.

Since 1998 to 2012, I had been organized 131 mental health camps with coordinating SCARF-India, at Tiruvallur District.

My work in Leprosy Control and Prevention Projects:

I worked in 3 states: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.

Once a person is diagnosed as leprosy. Family dislike and isolated person from the family. Many severely affected by leprosy with deformities were thrown out on the roads. Many leprosy patients with multiple deformities became as beggars and they were found on the Bus terminuses, Railway stations and lost their identification.

People had lots of misconception, social stigma, and hatred towards leprosy patients. People taught Leprosy caused by poorva jenma karma. The fact Leprosy is caused by Myco-bacterium leprea. The bacteria invented by Dr. Hammer Hansen in the year 1882. Doctors and paramedical workers working in leprosy projects were estimated very lower in natural and professional life.

In the year 1983 multi drug therapy (MDT) was introduced as one of the premier medicines for leprosy became very successful. Leprosy para medical workers did hard work, as the result leprosy infection very much reduced. Leprosy prevalence came down from 40 to below 10. In the year 2002 Leprosy projects were integrated to public health.
