Managed high priority patient referrals from CFS pharmacy representatives requiring special handling to guarantee patient access to medication in order to: maximize patient’s insurance benefit options, minimize financial loss to CFS Pharmacy, minimize patient’s financial responsibility, and secure patient access to CFS Pharmacy through payer network challenges. Conducted extensive benefit investigations. Worked closely with patients/representatives to maximize existing insurance coverage for durable medical equipment (DME) and pharmacy benefits.
