Maintained all university yearly maintenance contracts, special bidding contracts, And maintained accounts payable vendors for daily purchases for all maintenance departments on campus.

St. Landry Parish School Board - Cankton Elementary Retired December 2018

Special Education teacher- Managed classroom schedules including students and aide assisting students and/or teachers while students participate in the regular educational setting. Duties included providing weekly lesson plans, progress reporting, testing, maintaining grade books on self-contained students, completing yearly IEP’s on SPED students, holding meetings with parents and/or outside service providers for SPED students when needed. Also participated with reading and math testing on all students regular and SPED three times a school year, planned school fundraisers, recess and bus duty, trained and monitored new special ed teachers, managed difficult sped students, wrote behavior plans, and any other duty my principal would assign.

2005 - 2014

Save Our Sons and Daughters Program -

This was a program that ran during the school year which consisted of tutoring and/or helping students complete homework for students in first through eighth grade on Monday through Thursday and 6 weeks during the summer months from 8:00 to 12:00 Monday through Thursday.

Duties included: Teaching and/or reviewing skills taught in their regular classroom, reviewing social skills, teaching art activities, planning field trips, and help students complete homework and/or projects.
