Define project implementation modalities and methodologies and lead the program development process to ensure the creation of robust and appropriate programs that meet the values and objectives of organization, donor requirements and expectations.
Provide leadership, strategic direction and oversee management of all aspects of the Program including line management of 10 volunteers
Disseminate tools, research, best practices and lessons learned internally through publications, networks, working groups and events.
Collect and analyze primary and secondary data, analyze the activities and identify the needs through the design and implementation of relevant needs assessments
Provide technical inputs into proposal design and ensure new projects focus on maximizing efficiencies, impact and integrated approaches

Responsibilities:
Provided accompaniment and field support to program team in the implementation of safisan project in poor urban areas of Kericho county which aimed at improving livelihoods through addressing community needs in the following thematic areas; water and sanitation
Planned and implemented community mobilization, sensitization and engagement with both KEWASCO teams, landlords and tenants in kericho County ensuring work plans objectives are met.
Conducting focused group discussion and key informants’ interviews on complaints and feedback mechanism. Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and partners, i.e. NGOs, civil society organizations, community groups, and government counterparts. Lead the due diligence process to assess potential partners’ capacity and document capacity needs. Achievements:
Successful managed a team of 5 field volunteers of safisan project and oversaw their performance
Successful implementation of safisan projects in poor urban centres like Nyagacho, Mjini, Baraka and Brooke.
