Assisting American companies to find distribution partners overseas as well as foreign companies to identify distribution partners in the U.S.A. Clients include companies in medical device, biotechnology, laboratory equipment, and various industrial applications.

Opened new markets in the U.S.A., Europe, Canada, and South Africa for a medical device manufacturer in the vascular and wound care fields.

Recruited, trained and managed more than 50 foreign distributors in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East, for medical device companies.

Mediated a patent infringement litigation case between an American and a German company, saving the American company more than $10M in legal fees.

Consulted with small to mid-size firms to establish marketing, sales, service, and manufacturing strategies in domestic & global markets through OTC and direct distribution.
