OVERVIEW:

As a student who grew up in Vancouver, I’ve been exposed to many different cultures and people in my past customer service jobs and volunteer work. I have over five years of retail/food work experience and 6+ years of community service/volunteer experience in which I was building relationships and gaining the trust of customers. I have led and organized functions at my high school that provided me with leadership and teamwork skills. I’ve organized and fundraised for Terry Fox runs, Remembrance Day, as well as Operation Christmas Child where we donate toys to children during the holiday season. During the first month of my seasonal sales job, I was able to make just below $3000 in sales. JOB OBJECTIVE:

From experience, I’ve gained the ability to quickly learn and memorize product information. I have managed to stay calm and collected during stressful situations when the store gets super busy. I wish to gain additional customer service, sales, and marketing experience to expand my repertoire. Skills:

-Fluent in Mandarin and has good knowledge of Cantonese Chinese.
