Metricsflow was a Startup Canadian headquartered company, seeking US market entry. Metricsflow aimed to assess the impact of targeting small business advertisers with improved conversion rates from website visitors. The goal was to gather visitor data and content user insights to inform a potential national rollout in the future and demonstrate ‘proof of concept’ deploying ai/ml (for content and pathway usage ‘intent’ patterns).

Business Development Leadership, the strategy settled on implementing a series of pilot programs (campaign trials) to identify customer devices and pathway conversions from (ai/ml) content tracking. Launching SMB advertiser pilots that measured conversion rate improvements from website visitors, ahead of future rollout.

Metricsflow AI and ML Software April 2016-2019 –Key Achievements

Automated Content Monitoring deploying ai/ml algorithms identified/monitored and recognized buyer preferred patterns and correlations between various data points of buyer intent. By leveraging these models, our pilot clients could later refine their targeting strategies creating customized buyer experiences aligning with more ‘identified’ buyer intents.

As a result, the prototype launch achieving a 3X conversion improvement per client. The sector pilots launched with Ad Agency clients from 3 Auto Dealer Groups, 2 Office Furniture Retailers and Academia Healthcare Teaching University. The final scores validated the projected performance and consistent in proving the data model.

The pilot’s led to the design of a content recommendation engine attracting $1.8M in seed funding.
