Quality Control – managed daily production documents for QLC manufacture batches. These would be from the metal detector charts to the production task sign off documents. Created a tracking document for missed production sign off documents for production supervisors.

Produced reports for the input/base and final QLC tracking for QC supervisors to decide if production batches need to be held and sorted for extractions or could pass to ship to storage. Tracking document for dispositions/conversions along with Lena cheese is shared with administrator supervisors.

Review quality assessments, note and close in SAP system. Place hold, move or dispo batches when they pass or fail quality control. Convert material to compaction and retention batches for the sampling department after 10 day testing.

Review analytical pathogen testing reports on previous productions to release pallets to storage. Release of animal feed when these batches pass on pathogen tests. Tracking document is updated daily and shared with quality control supervisors.

Advise plant teams of quantity amounts in warehouse for the next day production ingredient needs. When quantities are too low, I work with the quality control supervisors to move needed allocated amounts..
